JAY'S SHORT TRIP TO MALACCA (MALAYSIA)
Malacca is a unesco works heritage
site, with a rich trading history and multicultural heritage. A city
rich in history, culture and tradition, it boasts famous historical sites that
date back to the 1500s.
Jay visited St.Paul's church, the Maritime Museum and all the
antique curio shops from end to end. It was very short trip as she was only
there for one day but it was a very interesting and meaningful journey for her.

MONIQUE'S MARATHON DAY
After weeks of training, Monique ran the 2XU Compression half marathon last Sunday.
"Waking up in the dark to be on time for the 5.30am start at the F1 Pit Building. The track took us via Nicoll Highway along the new stadium, Geylang River, Kallang River, Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands back to the Pit Building for the finish.
After 9km, so not even half way there, the legs were getting tired and the Singaporean temperatures were making the run quite challenging. Nevertheless I managed to run the 21km within 2:03:54 (gun time) and ended 78th place of the 2093 female participants (ranked by gun time). Something to be pretty proud of! Now it’s time to celebrate before setting a new goal."
